How do I start the adoption process?

If you would like to receive information regarding adoption costs, simply click on the "Request Information" button on the left menu bar.

If you are a Minnesota or a Western Wisconsin resident, Crossroads will be able to prepare your home study and assist in linking you with a child. You can download an application in PDF or MSWord or request one by e-mail, phone or fax.

Residents of other states can download an application in PDF or MSWord or request one be sent by email or postal mail.

• Attend an informational meeting.  Informational meetings are held regularly on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings in both our Edina and Hudson offices.  To attend, contact us for the next date and to register.
• Call Crossroads and schedule an individual appointment during business hours which are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST.
